Stephen Hawking advises against extraterrestrial contact
Physicist Stephen Hawking, who has completed a documentary series called Stephen Hawking’s Universe that will be aired on the Discovery Channel beginning May 9, believes that there must be extraterrestrials out there somewhere considering the pure mathematic probabilities. Where he differs from many believers is that he doesn’t think that alien encounters would be a good idea.
“To my mathematical brain, the numbers alone make thinking about aliens perfectly rational. The real challenge is to work out what aliens might actually be like,” said Hawking.
For those of us who are familiar with the work of David Icke and Zecharia Sitchin, what Hawking had to say next is particularly interesting.
“We only have to look at ourselves to see how intelligent life might develop into something we wouldn’t want to meet,” offered Hawking. “I imagine they might exist in massive ships, having used up all the resources from their home planet. Such advanced aliens would perhaps become nomads, looking to conquer and colonize whatever planets they can reach.”
What Hawking is suggesting is essentially what Sitchin and Icke say has already happened here on earth. Truth may be stranger than fiction, and it does seem as though those who are pulling the strings here have little concern for the condition of the planet as they extract oil and mineral resources.
